NexAge was founded on a set of core values that has served as the guiding light to the growth of the organization. These values are not just ‘nice to have’ social virtues, but they are fundamental economic growth drivers of the company. NexAge has effectively leveraged these values to create a vehicle for above market growth. Our organizational values can be summarized as follows:

I.T. With Integrity: Integrity has been the founding value and philosophy of NexAge. Integrity encompasses all our activities and is the overriding factor that determines company goals, strategies, policies, procedures and actions. We practice integrity thru ethical practices, open, honest communication and by keeping our commitments to employees, clients and other organizational stakeholders.

Nurturing Trust:  Establishing, sustaining and growing trust is a core value of NexAge. We are big believers in what well known management expert Stephen Covey (2006) terms “The Speed of Trust” and we share his view that trust is the “one thing that changes everything”.  Trust impacts the quality of every business relationship and every transaction of the company. We consider trust to be invaluable organizational asset and a leadership competency that has a positive impact on the trajectory and speed of the growth of the company. How do we build, sustain and grow trust? We accomplish this by implementing the six trust builders as indicated in the diagram below:

Transparency:  Being open and honest at all times

Commonality:  Sharing business or personal interests, cultures, education, opinions and experiences

Respect:  Understanding and valuing the uniqueness of each employee and each client

Caring: Having the best interests of clients and employees at heart

Credibility:  Demonstrating professionalism, competence, fairness and integrity

Reliability:  Consistently doing what we say we will do, follow thru on commitments

Smart Growth: Instead of maximizing growth at any cost, our growth philosophy focuses on long-term, sustainable and profitable growth by focusing on niche markets and by improving the high quality of our services to employees and clients alike. While we grow, we also ensure that our policies, procedures and action are fair, equitable and environmentally friendly.

Shared Prosperity:  We believe in inclusive growth, which creates value, not just for a few, but for all stakeholders of the company. We define a stakeholder as any person or organization that has an interest in and the ability to influence the growth of the company. Our Commitment to Clients:

1.  We commit to serving our clients and business partners with integrity, competence and professionalism.

2.  We will mutually establish with clients and business partners realistic expectations of the benefits and results of our services.

3.  We will only accept assignments for which our employees possess the requisite experience and competence to perform and will only assign staff with the knowledge and expertise needed to serve our clients effectively.

4.  Before accepting any engagement, we will work with our clients and business partners to establish a mutual understanding of the objectives, scope, work plan, fee and payment arrangements.

5.  We will treat appropriately all confidential information of our clients and business partners that are not public knowledge, take reasonable steps to prevent it from access by unauthorized people, and will not take advantage of proprietary or privileged information, either for use by NexAge or any other organization, without the client's permission.

6.  We will do best to avoid conflicts of interest or the appearance of such and will immediately disclose to the client and business partners, circumstances or interests that we believe may adversely influence the work performance, judgment or objectivity of any of our employees.

7.  We will offer to withdraw from a consulting assignment or project when we believe our employee- in the professional estimate of the client manager- does not possess the appropriate skill or experience to perform the tasks assigned to him or her; or when the objectivity or integrity of our employee may be impaired. In such circumstances, we will offer to provide the client with a replacement within one week.

8.  We will refrain from soliciting for hire or offer employment to an employee of an active client to consider alternative employment without prior consent of the client.

Our Commitment to Employees:

9.  We commit to providing each employee a market based total compensation that is fair and reasonable and is based on the experience, skills and professional competence of the employee. We will ensure that every employee who is on an assignment with a client or business partner is paid the mutually agreed upon annual compensation and benefits which will, at a minimum, be equal to or greater than that required by the rules of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services. We commit to conducting an annual review of the employee compensation and benefits.

11. We are committed to the professional and career growth of every employee thru awards, training, special recognition and promotions. We are also committed to the personal growth of every employee by helping them and their families with Visa's, Green Cards/ Permanent Residency and other employee benefit plans.

Our Commitment to Fiscal Integrity:

13. We will agree in advance with a client or business partner on the basis for fees and expenses and will charge fees that are reasonable and commensurate with the services delivered and the responsibility accepted. As long as we are paid for our services as per the terms of the agreement, we will not terminate the assignment without out providing the required notice period as per the terms of the agreement.

14. NexAge or any of its employees will not accept commissions, remuneration, or other benefits from a third party in connection with the recommendations to a client without that client's prior knowledge and consent, and we will disclose in advance any financial interests in goods or services that form part of such recommendations.

Our Commitment to the IT Profession:

15. If within the scope of our engagement, NexAge or its employee will report to appropriate authorities within the client organization any occurrences of malfeasance, dangerous behavior, or illegal activities.

16. We will respect the rights of client and their employees and will not use their proprietary information or methodologies without prior permission.

17. We will represent the profession of IT consulting with integrity and professionalism in our relations with clients, client employees, colleagues, and the general public.

18. We will not intentionally advertise our services in a deceptive manner nor misrepresent or denigrate client's and business partners or the IT consulting profession.

19. We will made best efforts to promote adherence to the Code of Ethics by all employees of NexAge Technologies USA Inc.

20. The effective enforcement of the Code of Ethics will be the responsibility of the CEO of NexAge Technologies USA Inc. Any real or perceived violation of the COE should be reported by email to with complete details. All such reports will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
